Download !!TOP!! PCR (3) (1) Zip

The Picard command-line tools are provided as a single executable jar file. You can download a zipped package containing the jar file from the Latest Release project page on Github. The file name will be of the format picard-tools-x.y.z.zip.InstallOpen the downloaded package and place the folder containing the jar file in a convenient directory on your hard drive (or server). Unlike C-compiled programs such as Samtools, Picard cannot simply be added to your PATH, so we recommend setting up an environment variable to act as a shortcut.

REST software 2009 is a standalone software tool for analysis of gene expression data from quantitative real-time PCR experiments. REST software 2009 is available for download under the "Resources" tab, and provides valuable analysis, including:

If you obtain and import an unannotated Gateway vector sequence then you can use the Geneious Annotate from: tool to identify and annotate various features onto the sequence. For more information our tutorial on Transferring annotations which can be downloaded from

The NAVICA app can be downloaded for no charge in the U.S. from the App Store [Apple devices] and the Google Play Store [Android devices]. After downloading the app, you just enter some basic information. The whole process takes about two minutes.

A combination of (1) name, (2) reference sequence accession, (3) version tag uniquely identifies a downloaded dataset instance. These parameters are described in the file tag.json in the dataset directory.

The datasets page displays all the available datasets and allows to download them. These downloaded datasets can be used with Nextclade Web in advanced mode or with Nextclade CLI. They can also serve as a starting point for creating your own datasets.

?️ Instead of --output-dir you can use --output-zip argument to download datasets in the form of a zip archive. The dataset directories and zip archives are equivalent and can be used interchangeably in Nextclade.

Compatibility checks are ensured by default in Nextclade Web and Nextclade CLI when downloading datasets. However, Nextclade CLI users can additionally list and download any dataset version using advanced command-line flags (see nextclade dataset --help).

I have a zip archive uploaded in S3 in a certain location (say /foo/bar.zip)I would like to extract the values within bar.zip and place it under /foo without downloading or re-uploading the extracted files. How can I do this, so that S3 is treated pretty much like a file system

You could mount the S3 bucket as a local filesystem using s3fs and FUSE (see article and github site). This still requires the files to be downloaded and uploaded, but it hides these operations away behind a filesystem interface.

If your main concern is to avoid downloading data out of AWS to your local machine, then of course you could download the data onto a remote EC2 instance and do the work there, with or without s3fs. This keeps the data within Amazon data centers.

You would need to create, package and upload a small program written in node.js to access, decompress and upload the files. This processing will take place on AWS infrastructure behind the scenes, so you won't need to download any files to your own machine. See the FAQs.

However, this is quite an elaborate way of avoiding downloads, and probably only worth it if you need to process large numbers of zip files! Note also that (as of Oct 2018) Lambda functions are limited to 15 minutes maximum duration (default timeout is 3 seconds), so may run out of time if your files are extremely large - but since scratch space in /tmp is limited to 500MB, your filesize is also limited.

I faced a similar problem and have solved it by utilising Java AWS SDK. You still will download and re-upload the files back to S3 but the key is to "stream" the content, without keeping any data in memory or writing to disk. 041b061a72
